Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We primarily deliver to addresses within South Africa. Depending on the option available at checkout, your order may be delivered by The Courier Guy, Bob Go, BEX Express or another courier.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at about 2–5 days, depending on the delivery option, your location, dispatch time and courier operations. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery period.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on qualifying orders over R950, subject to any conditions shown with the offer. For other orders, delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How can I pay?
Payments are processed securely through PayFast, Ozow Instant EFT or other verified payment gateways available at checkout. Available methods may change from time to time.
Where card details are handled by the payment provider, we do not intentionally collect or store them.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns, exchanges and refunds follow South African law and our published policies. For public health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, body lotions and body washes can only be returned for a change of mind or a standard exchange if they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and with all protective seals intact.
Please contact us before returning anything, and do not send products back until the return has been arranged with us. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
What if my parcel is delayed, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ehperfumes.co.za or on WhatsApp +27 69 689 5060. Include your order number and photographs where possible.
We will liaise with the courier where needed and provide the remedy required by law.
What happens after I place an order?
Your confirmation email or on-screen message confirms that we received your order, but it does not always mean the order has been finally accepted or dispatched. Orders may be held until payment is authorised or received.
We may decline, cancel or query an order for a genuine stock issue, a payment problem, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing or technical error. We will arrange any refund required by law. Please check your details before you submit.
Are your fragrances the same as the designer originals?
No. When we describe a fragrance as “inspired by” another, it is a reference to help you understand its general scent profile. EH Perfumes products are not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brands referenced.
We cannot guarantee that two fragrances will smell or perform identically on every wearer. Brand names remain the property of their owners.
Are prices in rand, and is VAT included?
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). EH Perfumes is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Delivery charges and other costs are shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Are your products safe to use?
Our fragrances and body-care products are for external use. Avoid contact with the eyes, do not ingest them and keep them out of reach of children.
Check the ingredients and product information before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice if needed. We cannot guarantee that every product suits every individual.
